Orders & Production
Q. Where are your products made?
Atë garments are designed and pattern-developed in our Tokyo atelier and produced at domestic factories in Japan.
Q. How long does it take to receive made-to-order items?
Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. Eligible items are indicated on each product page.
Sizing
Q. How do I choose my size?
Detailed size information is provided on each product page. If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Q. Do you offer custom sizing?
Custom sizing is available for selected items. Please select “Custom Size” and enter your body measurements (bust, waist, and hips) when placing your order.
Shipping
Q. How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are dispatched from Tokyo within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via EMS. For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Duties & Taxes
Q. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?
Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted for unused, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired size. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Q. Can made-to-order items be cancelled?
Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
