Orders & Production
Q. Where are your products made?
Atë garments are designed in Tokyo and produced in Japan, using fabrics from Japanese textile makers. Most pieces are available in limited quantities; some are made to order. Eligible items are indicated on each product page.
Q. How long does it take to receive made-to-order items?
Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately one month for production and delivery. Eligible items are indicated on each product page.
Sizing
Q. How do I choose my size?
Detailed size information is provided on each product page. If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Q. Do you offer custom sizing?
Custom sizing is available for selected items. Please select “Custom Size” and enter your body measurements (bust, waist, and hips) when placing your order.
Shipping
Q. How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are dispatched from Tokyo within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders to the United States are shipped via FedEx; other international orders are shipped via EMS (Japan Post). For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Duties & Taxes
Q. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?
Orders to the United States are shipped with import duties and taxes prepaid (DDP) — US customers are not charged customs fees on delivery. Orders shipped to other countries outside Japan may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns & Exchanges
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted for unused, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired size. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Q. Can made-to-order items be cancelled?
Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
