Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Free shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping

United States & United Kingdom

Orders to the US and UK are shipped from Japan via FedEx with shipping fees, import duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). You will not be charged customs fees on delivery.

EU

Due to new EU product safety and import rules (GPSR), we've temporarily paused shipping to the EU.

Other Countries 

We ship worldwide via EMS (Japan Post). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees upon arrival — these are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any customs charges incurred.
