Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Flat rate: ¥700 (tax included) nationwide.

Free shipping on orders of ¥50,000 or more.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Japan Post). Upon arrival, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

We do not collect these taxes at checkout and are unable to estimate the exact amount. All customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the following:

・Original shipping cost

・Return shipping cost

・Any customs charges incurred
