Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Flat rate: ¥700 (tax included) nationwide.
Free shipping on orders of ¥50,000 or more.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping — United States

Orders to the United States are shipped from Japan via FedEx with import duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). You will not be charged customs fees on delivery.

 

International Shipping — Other Countries

We ship worldwide via EMS (Japan Post). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees upon arrival — these are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any customs charges incurred.
