Additional Costs: Domestic shipping (Japan): ¥700 (tax included) flat rate nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥50,000 or more. International shipping: costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customs duties for US orders are prepaid by us; for other countries they are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment Method: Credit card. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery: In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays. Made-to-order items are dispatched after production; please allow approximately one month. Delivery is made via our designated courier.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only; orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. For orders already dispatched, please follow our returns procedure.

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or incorrectly sent, return shipping is covered by us. For customer-initiated returns (size, appearance etc.), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
