Additional Costs : Domestic shipping (Japan): ¥700 (tax included) flat rate nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥50,000 or more. International shipping: Varies by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Payment Method : Credit card. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery : Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays. Delivery is made via our designated courier.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations : Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. For orders already dispatched, please follow our returns procedure.

Return Shipping Costs : If the item is defective or incorrectly sent, return shipping is covered by us. For customer-initiated returns (size, appearance etc.), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds : Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
