A cropped bustier in indigo hickory denim from Okayama, Japan, layered with skull-motif lace. Ruffled tulle straps introduce a delicacy that sits in quiet tension with the structure beneath. Not one thing or another — both at once.

The stretch fabric holds its shape while moving with the body. Wear it alone or layered. It carries itself either way.

Designed in Tokyo. Produced in small batches in Japan, using fabrics from Japanese textile makers.

Designed to fit close to the body. If you plan to layer it over shirts or heavier innerwear, consider selecting one size up for a more comfortable fit.

Care Instructions

  • The frill edges are intentionally left raw as part of the design. Slight fraying may occur with wear and washing.
  • Due to the nature of indigo dye, fading and colour transfer may occur. Avoid contact with moisture, sweat, and friction.
  • Hand wash in cold water or wash separately using a laundry net.
  • Do not leave the garment wet after washing.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Handle lace and tulle fabrics carefully to avoid snagging.
