Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Japan Post).

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

We do not collect these taxes at checkout and cannot estimate the exact amount. The recipient is responsible for all customs charges.

If the customer refuses to pay the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order amount excluding:

  • original shipping cost
  • return shipping cost
  • any customs charges incurred

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been shipped.

Please enter your body measurements only if you selected "Custom" for size. Leave this field blank if you selected JP 9. Provide your bust, waist, and hip measurements taken directly on your body (not over clothing).

Made to Order

This piece is made individually to your selected size after purchase. Full payment is collected at checkout. Please allow approximately one month for production and delivery.

As each piece is created upon order, cancellations, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once production has begun. If you have any questions about sizing or the production process, please contact us at info@ate.erikasonoda.com before placing your order.
